Elaboration

PRE-PROCESSING:

  • Crush the nuts into powder.
    Weigh the ingredients and set them aside.
    Spread margarine on the mold and set it aside.
    Grate the cheese.
    Make apple ice cream with cider
  • ELABORATION:
  • To join butter with the nuts.
    Put the mixture of the nuts in the mold until forming a base.
    Mix the ingredients and beat them with the mixer until a liquid mass is obtained.
    Pour in the mold the mass until half.
    Take it to the oven at 180° for 20 minutes.
  • TILING
    Unmold and reserve until the time of service.
  • Put on a rectangular plate with quenefa of ice cream and soil of nuts.
